Break The Fast London began in our kitchen at home, born from a love of food, community, and the desire to create mornings that matter. While juggling full-time 9–5 jobs and raising our young family, we poured our energy into building something that reflects the spirit of London—using every hour of the day to make our vision a reality. Our menu is an edible celebration of the city’s diversity and warmth, bringing together global flavours in a way that’s welcoming, vibrant, and uniquely London. Every dish tells a story, crafted with passion and care, to create moments that are as memorable as they are delicious.
